The position is responsible for a variety of recruitment initiatives providing leadership and support in key areas of recruitment. This includes operations and management of the Dallas College Promise Program by managing strong working relationships with various college departments and programs that directly affect the Promise Program. Maintaining close working relationships with area school districts, universities, business, and community-based organizations and serves as lead for focused outreach efforts to increase knowledge of and participation in the Dallas Promise. Conducting regular review and analysis of Dallas College Promise with research and analytics partners to inform its growth and evolution. Additional recruitment initiatives include providing comprehensive leadership for the collection, analysis, and application of enrollment digital technologies (Salesforce), directing data analysis, driving project completion, and working closely cross-sectionally for the implementation of the comprehensive strategic enrollment plan and initiatives for effectiveness, ensuring state, federal compliance requirements are met. Develop and provide relevant and actionable outcomes to help drive continuous improvement and innovative advancements for, and in collaboration with key stakeholders for implementation, alignment, and coordination of strategies and initiatives to achieve the college's mission and goals. Working in collaboration with Dallas College stakeholders, provides leadership, administrative direction, and oversight of initiatives in areas including, but not limited to digital technologies, operational efficiency, program quality, resource allocation, data analysis, coordinated dissemination, reporting, and process improvement. Provide supervision support for enrollment marketing and branding, digital strategies and technology, campus events, and outreach services for student success.
