About The Position
The Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (ADAA) serves as the Chief Academic Officer of the Jefferson College of Nursing (JCN), responsible for the strategic leadership, development, implementation, evaluation, and accreditation of academic programs across all campuses. The ADAA ensures that programs are academically rigorous, compliant with accreditation standards, and aligned with the College's strategic mission. This role involves curriculum innovation, resource management, and representation of the College within the university and with external stakeholders.
