About The Position
Dallas College is seeking goal-oriented, student-centered leaders with a proven track record of implementing high-impact success coaching and/or case management to improve the quality of the student experience, and increase student retention, persistence, credential completion, employment, and/or transfer. The Associate Dean of Student Success will lead a focused team of Student Success Coaches who serve as a central Student Success role, providing intrusive and ongoing case management for students throughout the full student lifecycle from enrollment to completion. The Associate Dean leading this team of Student Success Coaches will focus on a targeted student population (traditional; dual credit/ECHS/P-Tech; continuing education; etc.) and will serve seven locations across Dallas County.
