Requirements

  • MS, PhD, MBA, or other advanced degree in data science, statistics, analytics, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of data science, strategic analytics, or business intelligence role in an operationally diverse organization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate and distill analysis and trends into actionable information.
  • Expert knowledge of advanced and predictive analytics, modeling, data management, and warehousing concepts.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in Slack, Teams, or other internal communications applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in gaming, hospitality, and/or entertainment industries.

Responsibilities

  • Support the innovative development and implementation of advanced analytic solutions across all functional areas of the business.
  • Support opportunities across departments for the Strategic Analytics and Revenue Optimization team to engage with other leaders and add value by providing training, education, and tools that support the application of data-driven business insights.
  • Execute organizational norms, vehicles, and practices for delivering data-driven analytical insights.
  • Support the development of a vision and strategy for advanced analytics and revenue strategy.
  • Produce effective and insightful results on assigned objectives and communicate emerging business insights.
  • Support business teams in understanding and applying strategic and predictive analyses.
  • Monitor, report and manage proper metrics (key performance indicators, Index Scorecards, etc.).
  • Develop and utilize advanced analytical models to measure a guest/customer's total worth to the organization.
  • Work with IT and Innovation teams to design and deploy/enhance the required data and technology infrastructure.
