About The Position

The Associate, Data Management will be responsible for supporting our data management efforts, including data entry, validation, maintenance, and reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data as we strive to provide better experiences for students and support their educational journeys.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately handle and organize large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
• Basic knowledge of databases and data management tools.
• Basic knowledge in writing SQL, SAS, or other programming languages.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in a data management role or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry, maintenance, and testing activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Validate data to ensure quality and consistency, performing routine data checks and identifying discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes and procedures.
• Support data cleansing and transformation activities to ensure data integrity and usability.
• Assist in the creation and generation of routine reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the maintenance of data architectures, data models, and data dictionaries.
