We are looking for a motivated Associate Data Analyst to join our growing team at BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota! In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining application and corporate-data models. You'll work closely with development teams to capture and define data requirements, ensuring everything aligns perfectly. Additionally, you'll support Data Analysts in their data analysis and modeling tasks, and play a key role in assuring the quality of corporate-data metadata. This position is a hybrid role, and will require commuting to our office in Eagan, MN 2x per week.
