As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you'll support our down-market accounts that don't have a dedicated point of contact at Consensus. You will provide assistance to accounts that are struggling to adopt or are requesting additional help. You'll be required to help onboard, train, and drive best practices with our down-market accounts. Your main indicator of success will be how well you drive adoption and growth/expansions within this segment.
