About The Position

The Associate Customer Success Manager at Rockwell Automation is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty regarding the Plex software platform. This role focuses on facilitating positive long-term relationships with clients, driving incremental revenue growth, and advocating for customer needs within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years in a customer facing role.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent client relationships.
• Experience utilizing Power BI.
• Knowledge of Gain Sight, Salesforce.com, or comparable software.
• Previous experience leading/facilitating groups in a business setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention while helping to grow incremental revenue.
• Effectively renew all assigned accounts with favorable terms and conditions.
• Provide regular account reviews to highlight key results, metric analysis, demonstrated value, and emphasize ROI, as well as recommend process/procedure changes to better utilize Plex's solutions and services.
• Demonstrate expansion of the Plex solution beyond the functionality introduced during the implementation process and consistently seek new business opportunities by presenting and recommending new Plex products, services, and partner solutions.
• Serve as a customer advocate within Plex, championing changes to the product and internal processes that will increase usage, success, and satisfaction.
