Associate Customer Sales Strategy Manager Middleton, WI (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) At Fiskars Group, we’ve spent over 375 years creating beautifully designed, purposeful products that make everyday life better. Now, we’re looking for an Associate Customer Sales Strategy Manager to help bring our products to life where it matters most: in-store. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and shopper experience, helping shape how customers discover and engage with Fiskars products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Merchandising, or Project Management
  • A passion for retail and shopper experience
  • Strong analytical and business acumen (Excel + PowerPoint proficiency required; SAP a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Confidence in collaborating cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize in-store planograms that drive sell-through and elevate the shopper journey
  • Lead development of merchandising and point-of-purchase (POP) materials that increase brand visibility
  • Act as a go-to expert on customer requirements, from packaging configurations to display placement
  • Support execution of the annual sales plan, including SKU transitions and inventory alignment
  • Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing) to deliver customer line reviews that grow shelf space and market share
  • Manage projects end-to-end—tracking timelines, milestones, and ensuring flawless execution
  • Gather and analyze customer and competitor insights to inform strategy
  • Support and attend trade shows to bring our brand to life in the market
