About The Position

This role is responsible for providing operational production and customer support to for yearbooks. This role will be required to but not be limited to: Entering print and cover specs into the designated system, conduct demos of online yearbook tools to existing customers, be responsible for assisting customers in yearbook creation, track and correct account pages, proofreading, production scheduling and assist with page submits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Computer experience - MS Office, design software
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well both with others and independently
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle details accurately
  • Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines and to multi-task
  • Flexibility and ability to learn and use new processes and technology
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting
  • High level of proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage print and cover specifications, scheduling, and materials preparation including flyers and order forms.
  • Assist customers with page creation, portrait flow, templates, and provide platform training through demos as needed.
  • Support the yearbook sales team by generating reports for tracking progress.
  • Oversee production tasks including page holds, and collaborate on fixes like reprints or repairs to ensure final product quality.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics and tracking for yearbook deliveries, including scheduling pickups, reroutes, and managing carrier communications.
