JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Culinary Manager provides day-to-day oversight and support for culinary operations within our top essential restaurant concepts as LTC, Raise the Roost and Speedy Cafe. This role ensures food quality, consistency, and safety while supporting operational excellence and the development of kitchen staff. The Culinary Manager partners with restaurant and retail leadership to execute company standards and promote positive guest experience.
