Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field or heavy work experience in a similar environment
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Experience and Customer Service modules
  • Strong understanding of web resources, Dynamics 365 Web API, and deployment pipelines
  • Experience managing the Power Platform and building flows in Power Automate
  • Excellent communication and technical documentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications
  • Experience with Field Service Mobile App
  • Proficient in JavaScript, C#, or other languages
  • Experience with Visual Studio/VS Code and Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 environments and serve as the subject matter expert.
  • Work with a team of developers by providing input on implementation, assisting with technical documentation, and helping design solutions for complex business processes.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve user submitted tickets and manage helpdesk resources.
  • Assist in change management, execute solution deployments, and advise on new features released by Microsoft.
  • Assist with integrations between Dynamics, our data warehouse and property level applications.
  • Work with our Portfolio Companies and Technology leaders to define strategic and tactical requirements of the organization to fulfill the business needs.
  • Facilitate and document requirements for new functionality and enhancements to existing functionality.
  • Must be able to understand and communicate the data requirements of any future CRM needs, working with other Technology architects (in-house, partners and vendors) to develop an approach that fits the current and planned needs of the organization.
