About The Position

Schedule crewmembers in compliance with current pilot Collective Bargaining Agreement, FAA regulations, and policies with optimal resource utilization as a primary goal. Process and monitor bid line adjustments. Monitor pilot check-ins, contact and replace as needed. Capable of providing input as part of internal departmental teams. Capable of answering general questions as they pertain to crew assignments, trades, and general information Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent - aviation or related field preferred.
  • Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
  • Knowledge of the operation of a personal computer and its applications required.
  • Knowledge of statistics and basic math preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required.
  • Available to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of FARs and scheduling work rules as they pertain to domestic and International operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Air Operations/Crew Scheduling experience preferred.
