About The Position
Reporting to a Credit Manager in the Atlanta office, this person will help lead deal teams in the underwriting, structuring and documentation of middle market cash flow loans for private equity-backed transactions, including leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, add-on acquisitions and refinancings.
