We're on the hunt for an Associate Creative Strategist to join a top-tier LA-based Performance Agency on a growth fast-track. They have a headcount of 300+ and growing; a massive campus office in downtown LA with a fully loaded studio space sprawling over 120K sq ft, offices in New York, an international production op to support global campaigns; and a vast expanding portfolio of prestigious clients across multiple (fun) verticals. Most importantly, founders are brilliant and comp package is attractive.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in leveraging research and data insights.
• Experience in developing performance-driven paid social campaigns.
