  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to articulate and translate the brand's DNA into coherent brand experience.
  • Work closely with vendors to guide their efforts with an expert product understanding, ensuring that efforts are aligned with Creative Direction and brand experience expectations.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform the design process and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Support the creation of various standardization tools that optimize showrooms, trade events and other Creative Direction needs.
  • Nurture a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and techniques.
  • Lead the development of compelling brand stories and narratives that resonate with target audiences and communicate the brand's values and messaging effectively.
  • Mentor and develop creative talent within the team, fostering their growth and professional development.
  • Develop comprehensive creative strategies and plans that align with the overall business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative strategies into broader marketing and business initiatives.
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Manage the creative budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure that creative projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative design and marketing.
  • Share insights and thought leadership within the organization to drive innovation and elevate the creative capabilities of the team.
  • Anticipate potential risks and challenges in creative projects and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Act decisively in response to crises or unforeseen circumstances, ensuring minimal disruption to creative operations.
  • Must have Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Design.
  • Must have 2 years' experience as Industrial Designer.
  • 2 years' experience with product design and development, managing construction prototypes, executing test plans to product performance; managing development of multiple products ensuring costs, schedule, budget and performance are met.
  • Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
  • COMPUTER SKILLS: Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma, Keyshot, 3D modeling tools & Solid Works.
