Develop creative vision for our brands with an eye for executional craft and best practice across all deliverables (packaging, retail, e-commerce, marketing, events, social, etc). Partner with brand marketing and commercial teams, product design and development and our global team of creatives to translate marketing strategies into brand ideas that cut through the noise and inspire action across every channel. Lead brand creative projects from concept through execution with the ability to direct the work of cross-functional team members across the globe. Mentor and provide leadership for a team of art directors and graphic designers. Inspire internal and external stakeholders with persuasive presentation of ideas. Demonstrate a curiosity to stay on top of emerging trends, while keeping the pulse of creative and toy industry shifts Quickly become an expert with our brands and products with an eye on the future of play
