Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels. Job Summary Comcast Advertising is seeking a visionary Associate Creative Director, Integrated Campaigns to join our Global Marketing & Insights team. Reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director, you will be the creative architect responsible for ensuring our multi-brand portfolio tells cohesive, compelling stories across every touchpoint. This role is perfect for a strategic creative leader who thrives on connecting complex narratives across platforms, teams, and brand ecosystems. You will be the creative conductor orchestrating award-winning campaigns across FreeWheel (advanced video advertising technology), Universal Ads (cross-platform advertising solutions), and Media Solutions (comprehensive advertising services leveraging Comcast's data and scale). Requirements

  • 8+ years in creative leadership roles with proven experience managing integrated, multi-platform campaigns
  • Portfolio of award-winning work demonstrating ability to create breakthrough creative that drives business results
  • Team collaboration expertise with experience mentoring creative talent and working across diverse creative disciplines (design, copy, video, experiential)
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts
  • Cross-platform expertise in creating cohesive campaigns across digital, social, traditional, experiential, and B2B channels
  • Production knowledge understanding design processes, video production, copyrighting, timelines, and project management workflows
  • B2B marketing experience particularly in technology, media, or advertising industries
  • Performance marketing understanding of how creative decisions impact engagement, conversion, and ROI
  • Creative Vision: Ability to see the big picture and connect creative dots across multiple touchpoints and brand stories
  • Collaborative Leadership: Proven track record of elevating team performance through mentorship and strategic guidance

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Architecture: Design and oversee integrated creative strategies that connect our three core brands across all marketing touchpoints, from product demos and sales presentations to trade shows and digital campaigns
  • Creative Vision Translation: Partner with the Executive Creative Director to translate high-level brand strategies into executable creative concepts that work seamlessly across linear, digital, social, experiential, and B2B channels
  • Cross-Platform Storytelling: Ensure creative consistency and narrative coherence when prospects encounter our brands across multiple touchpoints, creating a unified brand experience that drives engagement and conversion
  • Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh perspectives to advertising technology storytelling and pioneering creative approaches that set industry standards
  • Creative Team Integration: Work closely with our Design, Copy, Video, and Project Management team to elevate creative output across all disciplines
  • Mentorship & Development: Guide team members in conceptual thinking, working with the writing team to translate copy from content creation to campaign storytelling, supporting designers in creating work that ladders up to bigger creative ideas and leading the video team as they integrate fully fleshed out campaigns into video assets that support greater business initiatives.
  • Production Partnership: Ensure video content supports integrated campaign concepts while respecting production workflows and team dynamics
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to senior leadership, ensuring creative work supports overall business objectives and revenue goals
  • Concept Development: Lead the conceptualization of breakthrough creative campaigns that generate industry attention and drive measurable business results
  • Creative Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain creative standards across all deliverables, ensuring every piece of work from email campaigns to keynote presentations reflects our premium brand positioning
  • Project Orchestration: Work with Project Management to establish creative milestones, review processes, and quality gates that ensure timely delivery without compromising creative excellence
  • Performance Integration: Leverage data insights and performance metrics to inform creative decisions, optimizing campaigns for both engagement and conversion
