About The Position

We're searching for design-focused Associate Creative Director, Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, Performance Creative, you will straddle the line of manager and doer, both overseeing teams to pushing the work, but also ideating and creating your own. We're looking for candidates in the San Francisco or Los Angeles area as some in-office time is to be expected. You will oversee and create conceptual yet performance-driven work, such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients. You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels. You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals. You will audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work. You understand unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each. You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies (e.g., DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, Modular Content Systems). You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships.

Requirements

  • 5 years minimum art direction and design experience in creative advertising and performance creative.
  • Bachelor's in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required.
  • Experience working with Online Display, Email, Paid Social and Digital Experiences including video.
  • Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods.
  • Brand development experience.
