About The Position
Betty is a fully integrated creative agency devoted to building better. We are looking for an ACD/Copywriter in Minneapolis or Chicago to join our creative team. We want someone who prioritizes creating remarkable work, strengthening client relationships, contributing to agency growth, and building consumer experiences for an increasingly multicultural and global world. The ideal candidate is energetic, inclusive, and fun-loving, someone who'd rather lead than follow. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' business challenges, developing compelling integrated creative ideas based on strategies, and writing scripts, posts, headlines, and copy that help our clients move their businesses forward with minimal supervision. You will also present your work effectively internally and to clients, deliver big ideas consistently, and dive deep into culture to ensure your concepts are relevant and resonate.
