About The Position
IBM Blue Studio is responsible for the sophistication and strategic evolution and expression of the IBM brand and sub-brands across every experience and encounter, internally and externally. We represent and support all IBM businesses horizontally and vertically. Our work crosses nearly every category of output: research and strategy, communications and content development, symbology and systems, digital and physical experiences, tools and training. Our goal is to maintain modernity, tangibility and understanding of the IBM brand in the world. An Associate Creative Director, Art Director within the Studio serves as a creative leader for IBM. As part of the Studio, the ACD will develop and execute innovative creative concepts. With a clear passion and expertise in art direction, this individual will inspire others through their creativity, strategic thinking, and work ethic. This Associate Creative Director will be paired with an Associate Creative Director, Copywriter that will also sit in the Austin, TX office. Together the team will be tasked with owning the day-to-day responsibilities from the conceptual stage through execution.
