Requirements

3+ years of legal experience at law firm or in-house position.
A strong background in commercial contracts.
J.D. from an accredited law school, including active bar membership.
Demonstrated superior collaboration and relationship building skills.
Outstanding critical reasoning and analytical skills, punctuated with common sense.

Responsibilities

Drafting and advising on all types of contracts, including but not limited to contracts related to all outside vendors, including temporary service agencies, non-for profit organizations, subcontractors, and licensees, as well as other commercial contracting issues.
Managing liquor licensing efforts for the Company.
Ensuring compliance with Levy policies, including overseeing contracting compliance for Levy's outside vendors.
Identifying and assessing legal risks and opportunities within areas or responsibility and educating clients and business partners accordingly.
Overseeing compliance with subpoenas and information requests.
Independently handling legal matters or projects.
Recognizing when the advice of more senior counsel or outside counsel is appropriate.
Advocating company's interests in assigned matters.
Serving as an indispensable partner to location management.
Ensuring adherence to time-sensitive deadlines.
