The role involves providing legal advice and counsel in connection with marketing and brand partnerships carried out by various internal UA teams, including engagements with sports marketing assets, celebrities and influencers; co-branded product and marketing collaborations; and agencies for content production, activations and events. Support on the foregoing will include structuring, drafting, reviewing, analyzing, negotiating and interpreting contracts and related documentation; strategizing and managing inbound and outbound marketing rights; identifying and addressing intellectual property and other legal issues; and supporting on overall strategy and project execution.
