The cost team delivers solutions to clients in the areas of conceptual estimating, budget development, cost planning, feasibility studies, value management, economic forecasting, milestone reports, pre- and post-contract auditing, change order review and reconciliation, BIM 5D cost modeling, LEED cost analysis, life cycle costing, and more. In this role, you will assist the cost management team to complete deliverable successfully by organizing, reviewing, and preparing documents or completing tasks as assigned. Prior data center project experience highly preferred. Come join our team!

  • Education: AA or BS in Construction, Cost Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • Experience: an undergraduate degree or up to 3 years industry experience is expected for this position

Nice To Haves

  • Prior data center project experience highly preferred.
  • Preferred Certification: Working towards Professional Certification – MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Prepare deliverables as directed to quality standards expected from manager.
  • Review and evaluate project related documentation.
  • Maintain Cost management files in an organized manner, according to company standards and process.
  • Assist as needed with preparing documents for proposals, presentations, and cost management submissions under the direct supervision of the cost management team.
  • Submit requests for pricing from vendors and sub-contractors for specific scopes, products, and services.
  • Developing knowledge of specialism and industry focus.
  • Develop understanding of methods of measurement, delivery methods, construction technology and contracts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Attendance at work during normal business hours.
