The Client and Government Reporting team comprises of cost basis and tax reporting functionalities. The tax reporting component ensures that all Internal Revenue Service (IRS) client tax reporting forms are issued and mailed in an accurate and timely manner. The cost basis component is responsible for the receipt, maintenance, and delivery of tax lots used to calculate cost basis. The primary role consists of supporting an in-bound call center team dedicated to servicing the needs of service team within LPL. You will support internal service teams with cost basis questions and at times, partner with Service Professionals on calls with customers. Answering questions from Service Professionals and Financial Professionals will be a high priority in this role. You are also expected to provide subject matter expertise and be solution orientated.
