About The Position
Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented Associate Corporate Counsel to support Amazon Web Services (AWS), a dynamic and rapidly growing business at the forefront of cloud computing. This Associate Corporate Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and will support the AWS Specialists & Partners team. This Associate Corporate Counsel will draft, negotiate, and advise on strategic contracts and initiatives with customers and partners. Typical transactions will range from standard contracts to complex, high-dollar-value strategic agreements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
