Apollo is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented associate to drive forward critical projects and team strategy for Apollo's integrated Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Brand organization. This role sits at the intersection of communications, marketing, brand, and operations and partners with stakeholders and senior leadership across the function. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of project management and communication skills, a sharp ability to navigate a complex organization, and the confidence to partner across all levels of the firm. They will possess unquestionable integrity and judgment, be passionate about the work, and have the adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-expectations environment. This role offers broad exposure across earned, owned, and paid media workstreams and is well-suited to someone looking to grow into a senior operator or chief of staff function over time.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, working within Corporate Communications or Marketing organizations, especially in the financial services sector and knowledge/experience working in the financial services sector strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and drive work forward under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail
  • Sound judgment and high integrity, with a track record of building trust and collaborating effectively
  • Resourceful problem-solver, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to learn and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, and self-motivated critical thinker, able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build polished, executive-level materials from scratch
  • Experience communicating across multiple platforms, content types, and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic initiatives- Serve as the primary project management resource across the Communications, Marketing, and Brand function — owning timelines, tracking deliverables, maintaining project plans, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders
  • Build high-quality materials, including presentations, frameworks, and internal reports in PowerPoint.
  • Act as an integrative "air traffic control" resource across the team, connecting workstreams, surfacing dependencies, and proactively flagging execution risks.
  • Establish and manage clear workflows for cross-functional initiatives, bringing structure to loosely defined priorities and enabling consistency across corporate marketing and the broader team's strategy
  • Manage corporate marketing projects, events, and campaigns, partnering with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, business partners) and external vendors (creative agencies, consultants, media buyers)
  • Support the end-to-end execution of Apollo's corporate content engine — coordinating production, distribution, and editorial workflows across written, video, and digital formats.
