The Core Investment Systems team is responsible for developing technology solutions supporting Arrowstreet Capital's investment services and operations. We leverage technology to automate business processes introducing solutions using a combination of custom development and packaged platforms. The Core Investment Systems team provides services and capabilities to our business users that are essential to the firm's ability to deliver sustained alpha and to meet our fiduciary commitment to our clients. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, team-oriented, accomplished hands-on AWS Python engineer with who has a passion for improving software architecture and the development process. The ideal candidate will be creative problem-solver who enjoys working on complex problems as part of a team. In this role you will have the opportunity to design and implement software solutions which take complex investment processes and bring them to life. Collaboration with other developments and teams within Investment Systems and the broader IT team is a critical part of the success in this role.
