About The Position

Our AmLaw 100 client is seeking a mid -level litigation associate (3–4 years) to join its nationally ranked copyright practice. Recognized by Chambers and other leading directories for IP litigation, this group handles high -profile disputes at the intersection of technology and copyright law, including recent matters involving streaming platforms, AI -generated content, and large -scale software infringement claims. Many of these cases set precedent and draw national attention. You’ll work on complex copyright litigation involving technology, media, and digital content. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and collaborating closely with partners on case strategy. You won’t be siloed here. Associates work shoulder -to -shoulder with leading copyright litigators, gaining trial experience and direct client contact early. Requirements

  • 3–4 years of law firm experience in IP matters, with a focus on copyright litigation
  • Strong academic background; technical degree preferred
  • Experience with technology -related disputes
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
  • Admission to the bar in the state where you will practice
