The Midnight Mission kitchen serves 3,000 meals a year to people on Skid Row who are experiencing homelessness. TMM also provides catering services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direct supervision of the Managing Chef, prepare food in a safe, clean and sanitized kitchen. Sweep and mop floors, collect and dispose of trash, re-stock pantries as needed, wash walls, clean and sanitize as necessary. Follow a planned menu to prepare food for all guests and staff.
