About The Position

As an Associate, Content Merchandising at Tubi, you’ll play a central role in bringing our content discovery strategy to life. You’ll own go-to-market planning for key titles and campaigns, balancing creative curation with analytical insights to ensure users connect with the right stories at the right time. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Data Science partners, you’ll use performance data and experimentation to optimize content placement and support the evolution of personalized discovery across Tubi’s platform. This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles office. You must be willing to travel to our Los Angeles office four days/week.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in content merchandising, editorial strategy, digital marketing, or streaming media.
  • Proven experience leveraging data and performance insights to shape content or campaign decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with CMS, merchandising, and workflow tools (e.g., Airtable, JIRA, Asana).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity and aptitude for AI/ML tools, automation, and personalization workflows.
  • A passion for entertainment and audience-first storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of merchandising campaigns and go-to-market plans for priority titles and tentpole events, driving cross-functional workflows
  • Curate and package content into themed collections, categories, and special events that reflect user interests and business priorities
  • Manage and maintain editorial calendars, ensuring deadlines and accuracy
  • Partner with Product and Data Science to support experimentation by contributing ideas and testing merchandising approaches across surfaces
  • Use campaign performance and user behavior data to optimize curation and identify new opportunities
  • Contribute to metadata strategy, copywriting, and creative optimization to strengthen title visibility and user engagement.
  • Identify and apply competitive and industry key learnings and trends.
