About The Position

Red Ventures is seeking an Associate Content Designer to join our Home Client Services team. As an Associate Content Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in writing for and crafting content within engaging user experiences that simplify and optimize the purchase journey for our clients’ brands. You'll develop content for user-centric experiences that include landing pages, educational and AI-driven recommendation tools, product buy-flows, and more. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative creative team that thrives on solving complex problems, leveraging data to enhance user experiences, and driving innovation and performance for our business. You’ll get to do all of this while working alongside a highly collaborative team of product designers, analysts, engineers and UX researchers.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of writing experience
  • Writing samples or a portfolio of work
  • A firm grip on UX and digital content principles
  • Experience using data to iterate on existing digital experiences
  • You’re a strong communicator and collaborator who’s inspired to deliver great work and bring a strategy to life
  • A team-oriented, coachable and highly motivated personality
  • The ability to self-edit work, manage priorities and confidently present work to internal stakeholders
  • You are always looking to grow your abilities through feedback and collaboration
  • You enjoy staying flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment with multiple projects to juggle
  • A sense of humor and eagerness to participate in a fun, collaborative culture
  • You love what you do, try to have fun every day, and have a great sense of humor

Responsibilities

  • Write content and microcopy for landing pages, recommendation tools, product buy-flows, and more
  • Develop copy about products, unique offers and for paid media ads
  • Use your knowledge of product design and UX to inform content strategy
  • Use data, research findings and performance metrics to optimize existing site experiences
  • Develop your user research capabilities to help facilitate user testing that informs our customer experiences
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance content strategy and propose solutions
  • Think systematically to enhance our content strategy, content libraries and workflows for ease of use and efficiency
  • Develop subject-matter expertise, understand user problems, business goals, how competitors solve them, and where gaps exist
  • Effectively balance user needs and business goals
  • Assist and support teammates through collaboration, critique, and feedback
  • Be autonomous, crave accountability, and take responsibility for every detail every step of the way
  • Explore and utilize AI tools to streamline and enhance creative ideation
