A day in the life. We are looking for an energetic, positive person to join the Marsh & McLennan Agency – Northeast Retirement Services Team. Reporting to a Managing Consultant of the Retirement Services Operations team, this position will support a group of retirement consultants with the servicing of their Retirement Services clients. In this position, the individual will gain a strong foundation of all aspects of the retirement business equipping them to grow within the practice and Marsh & McLennan Agency. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, work in a client-facing capacity, able to take projects from start to finish, motivated to succeed and adaptable to change; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, where the client is the focus and delivering outstanding service is the priority. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
