About The Position

Are you excited by the role robotics and automation will play in transforming how organizations operate? Do you enjoy working with data, building models, and turning analysis into clear insights? We are expanding our Flywheel Services team and are looking for an Associate Consultant to support our consulting engagements with a strong focus on data analysis, modeling, and delivery execution. In this role, you will work closely with our Flywheel Services consultants, engineers, and customers to support automation and robotics transformation projects. You’ll build the analytical foundation that informs client decisions while developing core consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn and grow quickly, and passionate about driving innovation and accelerating robotics transformation for our customers. This role is located at our Santa Clara (HQ) or Seattle office. It is also remote-friendly from the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Boston, Boulder, or Pittsburgh.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional work experience in data analysis, analytics, or professional services consulting roles.
  • Foundational experience with data analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to execute defined tasks independently while knowing when to ask for guidance.
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting roles (internal or external) with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willing to travel at least 40% time.
  • Must have and maintain US citizenship or permanent residency.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, robotics, or automation environments.
  • Coursework or hands-on experience in statistics, operations research, or systems analysis.
  • Demonstrated interest in consulting and robotics/automation.
