About The Position
As an Associate Consultant at Encore Group, you will embark on a journey to learn essential construction scheduling skills using industry-standard software such as Oracle Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the construction industry, providing a unique opportunity to develop project management skills in a supportive environment. The position is full-time, with a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, and offers a flexible work schedule after adequate training and proven reliability. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values hard work, integrity, and excellence. You will be expected to prepare, develop, and finalize construction project schedules for clients, utilizing the software tools provided. Effective communication with project clients is crucial, as you will need to build schedules based on project plans, specifications, and client input. Monitoring schedule progress, identifying risks, and communicating these effectively will also be key responsibilities.
