Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Relations or a related field
- Excellent academic record
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business, finance, government, or the nonprofit sector is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative
- Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral
- Demonstrated fluency with English speaking and writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Relations or a related field
- Excellent academic record
- 2–3 years’ experience as a top performer in management consulting, policy advisory, social impact, finance, or a similarly rigorous environment
- Strong analytical abilities, including experience with qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and/or financial or economic modeling
- Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral
- Professionalism and experience working directly with clients, including senior leaders in public, private, or social sector organizations
- Sensitivity to the political and cultural environments of international public agencies or similar complex environments
- Demonstrated fluency with English and Spanish speaking and writing skills

Responsibilities
- Support research and analysis as a key contributor to project teams
- Dive deeply into issues to uncover insights that shape project outcomes
- Build foundational knowledge across sectors such as gender equity, justice, climate, and financial inclusion
- Serve as a reliable backbone of project execution
- Lead research and analytical workstreams, ensuring rigor and relevance
- Integrate qualitative insights and quantitative evidence into clear strategic narratives
- Drive project delivery and present recommendations to clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders
- Coach and mentor junior team members
