Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Applied Science plus 4+ years relevant years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or CM discipline plus 2+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years of relevant experience in a professional construction management role.
  • Ability to read plans/drawings/specifications and interpret data.
  • Construction sequencing and planning, construction scheduling/durations, safety planning, means and methods.
  • Travel required.
  • OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and OSHA 40-hour Hazwoper Certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Plans, schedules, and oversees and manages subcontractors on project related activities with a focus on safety, scope, schedule and budget.
  • Assembles members of organization (supervisory, clerical, engineering, and other workers) at start of project to review job specific issues (schedules, health & safety issues, subcontractor coordination, etc.). Assign roles and responsibilities for field activities in accordance with the PEP.
  • Estimates cost of materials, labor and use of equipment required to fulfill provisions of contract.
  • Collaborates with Project Manager in the development and modification to the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and change management. Provide updates to the Project Manager in accordance with the PEP as it relates to cost, schedule and scope.
  • Adheres to the policies and standards set forth in Ramboll’s Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems while actively participating in creating a safety culture in the office and jobsite.
