Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required, master's degree in engineering, business, operations or related disciplines preferred.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience with a progressive career trajectory and outstanding professional achievement, preferably with large, multi-national companies.
  • Experience in high-performance mega capital excellence construction projects, demonstrating leadership skills in performance improvement & change management.
  • Field-based experience in industries such as oil and gas, mining, energy, or chemicals.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently.
  • Ability to create work product-focused materials, including PowerPoint decks and Excel models.
  • Exceptional time management skills in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
  • Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours.
  • Highly capable problem solver with strong analytical, conceptual, and quantitative abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% and work in challenging environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English and local office languages.

Responsibilities

  • Blend strategic thinking with hands-on experiences, advising on developing and defining operational strategies to help clients solve critical problems.
  • Provide unique tools and techniques to help clients identify opportunities for improvement and implement recommendations in support of business objectives.
  • Work directly with clients while sharing expertise and insights with colleagues globally.
  • Make meaningful contributions to multiple projects across dynamic situations utilizing deep knowledge of functional transformations.
  • Leverage automation and digital processes to help clients realize significant performance improvements quickly.
  • Push co-workers and clients to think about challenging situations in new and transformative ways.
