Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities Provide problem diagnosis and resolution Respond to requests, from internal and authorized external business units, in a timely manner Evaluate the latest in technology to determine what solutions guide the company towards our long-term goals Author documentation and training materials for team members and supporting compliance evidence collection efforts Manage and mitigate policy compliance violations such as geo-fencing, restricted applications etc. Administration of Azure Cloud and AWS environment Administration of Azure Backup Administration of Azure Patching Adminsistration of Windows Servers Administration of roles and features of Windows Server OS 2019/2022 Deploying on-prem and cloud VMs Deploying lower level resources in Azure, such as Storage Accounts, Private Endpoints, RSVs Administration of SSL certificates through Digicert platform, and deploying SSL certificates on VMs Vulnerability Management, resolving vulnerabilities and across Cloud and on-prem infrastructure Deploying cloud resources using GitHub and Terraform Administration of DNS hosted domains using cloudflare/GoDaddy Administration of Active Directory, Domain Controllers and DNS Administration of AVD infrastructure and all related host pools, applications, and storage Infrastructure troubleshooting during company incidents Creating and completing Change and Problem requests/tasks

Requirements

  • Knowledge in Active Directory
  • Understanding of DNS
  • Knowledge of AVD and related infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Platform
  • Understanding of Patching and Backups
  • Understanding of Windows Server OS
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and functional areas
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Call Center Technology systems
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and data entry skills
  • Sound judgement in handling/escalating difficult situations
  • Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
