About The Position
The role involves partnering with WTW client service teams to support clients' annual Health & Welfare Form 5500 filing(s). Responsibilities include collaborating with Compliance & Audit colleagues to research compliance issues, drafting responses, and assisting with client meetings and presentations. The position also requires supporting questions from the offshore team related to filings, providing updates to clients on filing preparation status, and reviewing prepared draft Form 5500 filings for publication. Additionally, the role includes reviewing draft Summary Annual Reports (SAR) for client distribution, ensuring all filings follow internal review processes, striving to publish filings at least 60 days before the filing date, contributing to the development of new tools and processes, and leading trainings for new colleagues and offshore team members.
