About The Position

The Associate Compliance Analyst at WEC Business Services, LLC plays a crucial role in supporting compliance and control functions within the organization. The analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing customer data protection solutions, maintaining vendor inventory, and ensuring adherence to compliance requirements across various business units.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for Customer Service functions for all WEC Energy Group utilities.
• Support functions at utility operations levels including documentation and testing.
• Design, review, publish, and track exception reports for transactions outside of normal tolerances.
• Collaborate in the development and communication of SOX and other regulatory compliance objectives to process owners.
• Review legitimacy of findings, approve remediation plans, and ensure implementation and adherence.
• Conduct Service Organization Controls (SOC) report reviews and compliance activities for Customer Service third-party service providers.
• Conduct regulatory guidelines and comparative reviews for new products, services, and procedures across utilities.
• Maintain vendor inventory and ensure compliance with risk assessments and ongoing training.
• Coordinate customer data requests in accordance with Information Security Policy guidelines.
• Maintain Customer Relations privacy inventory.
