Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience performing compliance and control activities related to Customer Privacy, Vendor Management, Sarbanes-Oxley, Audit, or Regulatory oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience evaluating Service Organization Control (SOC) reports and governance activities associated with outsourced providers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for Customer Service functions for all WEC Energy Group utilities.
  • Support functions at utility operations levels including documentation and testing.
  • Design, review, publish, and track exception reports for transactions outside of normal tolerances.
  • Collaborate in the development and communication of SOX and other regulatory compliance objectives to process owners.
  • Review legitimacy of findings, approve remediation plans, and ensure implementation and adherence.
  • Conduct Service Organization Controls (SOC) report reviews and compliance activities for third-party service providers.
  • Perform regulatory compliance reviews for new products, services, and procedures across utilities.
  • Maintain vendor inventory and ensure compliance with risk assessments and ongoing training.
  • Coordinate customer data requests in accordance with Information Security Policy guidelines.
  • Maintain Customer Relations privacy inventory.
  • Develop and improve compliance and controls processes and methods.
  • Perform miscellaneous audit and control functions at the utility operational level.
