About The Position

Provides analytical support in the management, administration, and implementation of compensation programs. Participates in a broad range of fixed, variable, and executive compensation activities to include job evaluation, market pricing, annual salary and incentive planning. Works closely with internal stakeholders and partners to support the management of all compensation programs. Maintains compensation resources for both domestic and international employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimal experience to two (2) years of related experience and/or training.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Language Skills: Good written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, or the general public.
  • Critical Thinking / Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Responsibilities

  • Administers compensation programs, policies, and processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Provides administration, maintenance, and processing of both short- and long-term incentive plans to include Annual Bonus and Deferred Compensation Program.
  • Assesses and maintains employee eligibility records and manages configuration of data tables in HRIS.
  • Support market pricing activities by participating in salary surveys and benchmarking roles.
  • May be responsible for generating statements and distributing variable plan communications pre/post awards.
  • May prepare special market studies and provide recommendations on subjects such as base pay, incentive compensation, stock, and long-term incentives.
  • Partners with units/divisions/department leadership in job matching and documentation efforts to ensure positions are externally competitive and internally equitable.
  • Ensures data integrity by auditing related tables in various HRIS platforms.
  • Generates ad-hoc reports and uses the resulting data to drive actions focused on improving data accuracy.
  • Implements and administers Compensation related technology and acts as an administrator and tester of online tools involved in salary planning and bonus administration.
  • Respond to routine compensation-related inquiries from HR partners.
