About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Supports the functional execution of internal communications strategy and change management.
• Works closely with assigned partner groups, including senior leaders, to produce various communications, from one-off needs-based messages to large-scale campaigns.
• Identifies strategic needs by the partner group and develops a communication plan to achieve defined success goals.
• Collaborates across teams to implement communication plans and drive ongoing change.
• Supports cross-functional strategic communications, clearly articulating initiatives to shape and drive the global business strategy.
• Breaks down organizational silos to present consolidated communications that maximize employee impact.
• Identifies creative ways to tell stories beyond just communicating facts.
• Supports executive communications including speaking points, speeches, FAQs, ghostwriting, and town-hall execution.
