About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our esteemed law firm. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a pivotal role in handling complex legal matters, advising clients, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active NJ state bar membership.
3-5 years of experience as a dedicated commercial real estate attorney.
Deep understanding of transactional law.
Strong understanding of landlord/tenant law and real estate litigation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and draft commercial leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents.
Assist clients in acquisitions, development, financing, and disposition of multifamily, retail, office, and industrial properties.
Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on real estate transactions.
Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
All other duties and responsibilities as delegated.
