It serves as the main hub for HDFS' Commercial Finance business, and also houses employees representing Rider Services, Underwriting, Risk, Enterprise Project Management, Accounting, Compliance, Human Resources, Global Information Services, Communications, and Legal. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as general familiarity with online Internet applications, as needed
  • Basic understanding of loan documentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact effectively in a team environment and with all levels of internal and external customers

Responsibilities

  • Process dealer used vehicle flooring, rebook, and vehicle transfer requests
  • Assist with administrative preparation and after-action requirements stemming from credit reviews and due diligence as needed (eg, credit bureaus, background checks, personal and business financial statements, etc)
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining dealer credit files
  • Perform miscellaneous tracking and filing of all appropriate paperwork, to include information for dealer files, and receipt and release of vehicle paper and electronic titles
  • Prepare and follow for dealer program, guaranty, and security documentation to ensure ability to pursue legal rights in the event of a default
  • File UCC's by state for dealers, to include amendments, continuations, etc., as needed
  • Process police, rental, and Riding Academy financing requests
  • Use effective time management to ensure daily dealer funding-related service level metrics are met
  • Interact with internal and external customers to provide a customer service experience that meets or exceeds expectations
  • Responsible for protecting employees, customers, and corporate information. Follows established physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, including policies regarding data protection, segregation of duties, use of passwords, and access to information based solely on business need.
  • Maintains a current awareness and understanding of appropriate banking laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures, and to comply fully with those laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
