This position is responsible for receiving and initiating calls with patients to collect payments and settle accounts. Follows-up on accounts, receives and processes payments, and updates incomplete and missing account information. Collaborates with patients to create payment arrangements and counsels' patients on financial assistance programs. This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm CST, Monday - Thursday and 7:30am - 4:00pm CST, Fridays. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 6 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment. If you are located within Minnesota OR Wisconsin, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.
