About The Position

The Associate Clinical Specialist at META Dynamic, Inc. is responsible for providing on-site support in the operating room for Neuro, Ortho, and ENT surgeons. This role involves offering live feedback with an Image Guided Navigation system and supporting surgeons with clinical, technical, and product knowledge during procedures. The position is crucial for ensuring that surgeons have the necessary tools to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or OR experience
• Proficient in the use of PC software applications including Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to make independent decisions
• Must live in the Salem/Portland area or be willing to move.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site consulting, guidance, and assistance to physicians and OR personnel during surgery to maximize IGS product efficiency.
• Direct and assist Radiology staff in performing necessary scans prior to surgery.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on the use of IGS products and services.
• Work closely with the Regional Manager to meet territory needs and communicate case outcomes.
• Maintain customer relationships with hospitals and surgeons in the territory.
• Act as the primary customer liaison, assessing satisfaction and working to increase case volume.
• Maintain system and equipment cleanliness.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
