About The Position

The Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) position at Johnson & Johnson is a 6-9 month training role designed for individuals with little to no experience in electrophysiology (EP). Upon successful completion of the training program, the ACAS will be promoted to a Clinical Account Specialist (CAS), responsible for providing expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and EP lab staff. The role involves engaging with various stakeholders, understanding the dynamics of an EP lab, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines while striving to meet business goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree or 2 years of related professional experience with an Associate's degree.
  • Graduate from an accredited academic program or industry prep school with a focus on EP with Bachelor's degree.
  • A valid driver's license issued in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and imaging, and technical knowledge of EP technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in relevant fields such as Biology, Biochemistry, or Engineering.
  • Experience in a procedural hospital setting or EP mapping.

Responsibilities

  • Attend all portions of the ACAS fellowship training program without exception.
  • Engage in dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and stakeholders, formulating solutions based on input gained during training.
  • Understand the dynamics of an EP lab, including interactions with physicians, nurses, technicians, and clinical administrators.
  • Prioritize and respond to requests in a high-stress environment while maintaining composure.
  • Drive collaboration and maintain open communication with the local team and support team.
  • Follow all company guidelines related to health, safety, and environmental practices.
