About The Position
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Success professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of proven client experience, preferably in the financial technology sector, with a strong track record of managing diverse portfolios. The CSM will work with our strategic platform partners to set the direction of their programs, build internal advocacy and understanding of the Affirm platform, and implement initiatives that will expand the usage of Affirm within their channels. The Client Success position requires outstanding relationship management and program management skills.
